KOSMOS LOYALTY PROGRAM RULES
version of 2021, effective from 26.03.2021
1. Definitions

Points are conditional units of account accumulated by a Participant in the Loyalty Program under the Rules, which may be used by the Participant to exchange for Rewards, in accordance with these Rules. Points cannot be exchanged for money, as they are not a monetary unit or means of payment in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus..

Bank - Technobank Open Joint-Stock Company, located at: 220004, Minsk, 44 Kropotkina str., financial institution-issuer of Visa cards, which participate in the Program.

Website - the Loyalty Program platform, which is a set of logically linked hypertext information, designed in the form of separate pages and available on the Internet at http://kosmostechno.com , which contains Participant`s Accounts and processes Participant`s requests to exchange Points for Rewards in accordance with these Rules.

Reward - a form of incentive for Participants expressed in the form of providing Participant a discount on the purchase of Goods at the Partner's Points of Sale or other benefits contained in the list of Incentives at the time of exchanging Points for Rewards. The up-to-date list of Rewards is posted on the Program Website. The Organizer reserves the right to change the List of Rewards as well as their content and procedure for providing without prior notice to Participants. Rewards Travel (Appendix 1) will become available after posting on the Program Website.

Cardholder - a natural person in whose name the Bank issued the Card, allowing him to participate in the Loyalty Program .

Card - a bank payment Visa card issued by the Bank, which entitles the Cardholder to make non-cash payments for goods and services, receive cash and participate in the Loyalty Program in accordance with its Rules. In the context of participation in the Loyalty Program this card is considered active if the cardholder has carried out transactions with its help, for which Points are awarded in accordance with these Rules. The following cards are allowed to participate in the Loyalty Program:

МСС - MCC code (Merchant Category Code) — is a 4-digit number that classifies the type of merchant activity in a bank card payment transaction at a retail and service provider during an electronic transmission of information as part of a transaction for goods or services provided.

Organizer - TTN Eesti OU, company, registered under the laws of Estonia (location: Estonia, Harju Maakond, Tallinn, F. R. Kreutzwaldі 4-7 office 405, 10120).

Partner - A company that allows Loyalty Program Participants to exchange Points for Rewards in accordance with these Rules. Participants can view the list of Partners on the Program Website. The Organizer reserves the right to change the list of Partners without prior notice to Participants.

Payment system - a payment organization, participants of the payment system and the totality of relations arising between them in the implementation of funds transfer.

Loyalty Program Rules (hereinafter "Rules") - these rules and conditions of participation in the Program, which are published on the Program Website .

KOSMOS Loyalty Program (the "Loyalty Program" or the "Program") is a unique system designed to allow Participants to accumulate and exchange Points for Rewards on the Website.

Settlement transaction - a transaction to pay for goods, works and services with the Card at trade and service outlets in the Republic of Belarus and abroad, including online. .

Goods - any goods, work, or services purchased by the Participant from the Program Partner .

Sales outlet - a retail outlet, online store (site), catering facility, which is not an independent legal entity, selling Goods and accepting the Card for payment .

Participant - an individual, a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, who has reached the age of 18 at the time of registration in the Program, and is a Cardholder .

Account - the personal part of the interface on the Website of each Loyalty Program Participant, which is an electronic registry of information, maintained by the Organizer through its information systems, and which contains information about the credited, written off and canceled Points in accordance with these Rules.

The language of the Program rules and Website is Russian, which prevails over other editions available on the Site.

Promotion - a marketing or advertising event, including an advertising game (not including sending news, information and / or advertising messages of the Loyalty Program), conducted on the basis of the KOSMOS Loyalty Program, aimed at building and increasing consumer loyalty to the Program as a whole, conducted on the initiative of Organizer, Bank or Payment system in compliance with the relevant Rules of the Promotion and accompanied by rewarding of the Participants in the form of additional bonus reward or winnings.
2. General terms
2.1. The organizer arranges and promotes the Loyalty Program on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The Organizer is not a financial institution and does not provide any credit, debit or other financial services and does not issue credit, debit or payment cards of any kind. The use of the Card establishes a relationship with the Bank-issuer of the Card only, but not with the Organizer.
2.2. These Rules set forth the terms and conditions of participation in the Program and the requirements for Participants and third parties. Participant agrees to visit the Website regularly, at least once in every 7 days, to check if the Rules have been amended. These Rules may be unilaterally changed by the Organizer at any time without prior notice to the Participant. Changes may apply to the Rules, the number of Points required for the Reward, the validity period of the Points, the conditions and procedure for calculating, writing off and cancelling Points, etc. The Participant has the right to abandon participation in the Loyalty Program if he/she does not agree with the changes in the Rules. For this, he/she must notify the Organizer in writing within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of publication of the updated version of the Rules on the Website. If the Participant fails to notify the Organizer of his/her refusal to participate in the Program, it means that the Participant agrees to the amended Rules and continues to participate in the Program. In case of the Participant's withdrawal, his/her participation in the Program shall be terminated on the next working day from the date of the Organizer's receipt of the notice. Changes in the Program Partners' rules, the list of Rewards available for exchange, or the number of Points a Participant may exchange for certain Rewards cannot be considered a change to the Program Rules. The Organizer's exercise of its right to transfer part or all of its rights and obligations under these Rules to another person will also not be considered a modification of the Program Rules, as referred to in this paragraph 2.2, and third parties may be engaged by the Organizer for the purpose of implementing the Program.
2.3. The Program Organizer collects and processes Participant's personal data on the Program Website. Having registered for the Program, Participant consents to the mentioned processing of his/her personal data, which consists of any actions or set of actions performed in the information system of the Program related to collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, change, update, use and distribution, deletion of information about a natural person in accordance with the procedures provided in the Privacy Policy.
2.4. In cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, when transferring a Reward from a Partner to a Participant, such Partner acts as a tax agent within the meaning of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus, the tax agent withholds and transfers taxes and fees to the budget in the order prescribed by the tax legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The Organizer is not responsible for the payment by the Participant of taxes unrelated to the transfer of the Reward. Each Participant is solely responsible for his/her total income.
2.5. The Organizer may terminate the Loyalty Program or any part of it at any time by posting a notice on the Website 7 calendar days prior to the date of termination. Upon expiration of this period, the exchange of Points for Rewards will not be possible, and all Points remaining in the Account will be canceled.
3. Conditions for participation in the Program
3.1 A Participant of the Loyalty Program may be an individual who meets the definition of a Participant and fulfills the following conditions:
• is a holder of Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Kosmos (Visa Rewards), Visa Platinum cards issued by the Bank;
• сompleted registration on the Loyalty Program website ;
• read the Program Rules, Privacy Policy and accepted them.
3.2. For more details about the participation of a particular Card in the Program, contact the Bank directly, please.
3.2.1. Registration for the Loyalty Program is accomplished on the Website by creating a Participant's account (Profile), the identifier of which is the Participant's email address (hereinafter, the "Identifier"). At the time of registration, funds are blocked in the amount of 0.1 Belarusian rubles and at the same time, the blocking is canceled.
3.2.2. Upon registering for the Program and completing the registration form, Participant agrees to abide by the Program Rules and Privacy Policy, and undertakes to independently follow any changes in the Rules and Privacy Policy.
3.2.3. The Participant can read the current version of the Rules and the Privacy Policy on the Program Website.
3.3. Only one Account may be registered by a Participant in the Program. A legal entity or an individual on behalf of a legal entity cannot be a Participant of the Program.
3.4. The Participant's Loyalty Program account contains detailed information about the credited, written off, and canceled Points, as well as information about the Participant's Points balance, and allows Participants to exchange their Points for Rewards.
3.5. Should any person fail to comply with the Rules and the Privacy Policy, the Organizer has the right to terminate his/her participation in the Program, cancel the Points or cancel such participation.
3.6. In case of suspicion of fraudulent actions or suspicious behavior of the Participant, the Organizer has the right to temporarily block his/her Account and suspend participation in the Loyalty Program.
3.7. The Organizer may terminate a Participant's enrollment in the Loyalty Program in the following cases:
• violation of the Rules and Privacy Policy by the Participant;
• participant's own desire, which is conveyed to the Organizer by filling out the appropriate form on the Program Website (or, in the absence of such a form, by sending a notification to the Organizer);
• program termination;
• closure of the Participant's bank account and termination of the Card registered for participation in the Program;
• death of a Participant .
3.8. Termination of participation in the Program will result in the cancellation of all Points credited to the Participant.
4. Rights and obligations of the Participant
4.1. Having registered for the Program in accordance with these Rules, Participant has the right to use the Website, register Cards, receive credited Points, and exchange Points for Rewards.
4.2. The Participant will be provided with an access to information on Points credited, cancelled, and written off from his Account. The Participant may at any time check the balance of the Points in his or her Account (Profile).
4.3. Participant independently decides whether to receive news, Program informational and/or promotional messages, indicating that when registering for the Program, or to change the notification settings at any time during participation in the Program.
4.4. The Participant independently and timely informs the Organizer of any changes in his/her contact information required to provide information about the Program and receive Rewards, by making the appropriate changes to his/her Account.
4.5. The Participant may add other Cards to an Account for the purpose of collecting Points in one Account together. No more than 5 Cards may be added to an Account. In case of termination of the Card's participation in the Program (expiration, blocking, deletion), the Points collected with such Card will remain in the Account the Card was attached to.
4.6. Participant has the right to stop participation in the Program at any time during the term of the Program, by sending a corresponding notice in writing (through the form on the Web site, as well as via e-mail) to the Organizer.
4.7. By registering in the Program, the Participant confirms that he agrees to maintain long-term cooperation with the Organizer, the Bank and / or Partners, as well as in the case of Promotions, except for the cases of sending news, information and / or advertising messages of the Loyalty Program to the Participant , the consent to which is provided by the Participant when registering in the Loyalty Program, confirms his participation on the conditions stipulated by the Rules of the Promotion. Detailed rules of the Promotion are communicated to the Participant before the start of the Promotion.
5. Points crediting procedure
The Bank and the Organizer at their own discretion determine the conditions and procedure for calculating Points. Points are credited when the Participant performs Settlement Transactions using the Card registered for participation in the Program.
5.2 Points are credited upon registration of the Card in the Program for transactions specified by the Bank for the crediting of Points; clause 5.7 provides special rules for Settlement transactions with a limited amount of Points; clause 5.8 specifies Settlement transactions for which Points are not credited.
5.2.1 The number of Points is determined according to the amount of Settlement Transactions made with the Card.
5.2.2 The formula for calculating the number of Points is as follows:

for Visa Classic Card - the number of credited Points (hereinafter referred to as the "rate") is
- For domestic settlement transactions: 1% of the amount of settlement transactions until the total amount of settlement transactions for the month (hereinafter - the "monthly amount") is not less than 15 (fifteen) Belarusian roubles and does not exceed 5000 (five thousand) Belarusian roubles, and 0.5% of the amount of settlement transactions after the monthly amount is 5000 (five thousand) Belarusian roubles and 1 (one) kopeck;
- For Settlement Transactions abroad: 1 % of the amount of Settlement Transactions until the monthly amount is at least 20 (twenty) Belarusian roubles and does not exceed 5,000 (five thousand) Belarusian roubles, and 0.5% of the amount of Settlement Transactions after the monthly amount is 5,000 (five thousand) Belarusian roubles and 1 (one) kopeck;

for Visa Gold Card – the rate is:
- For domestic settlement transactions: 1.2% of the amount of settlement transactions until the monthly amount is at least 15 (fifteen) Belarusian rubles and does not exceed 1000 (one thousand) Belarusian rubles, and 2% of the amount of settlement transactions after the monthly amount is 1000 (one thousand) Belarusian rubles and one (one) copeck;
- For Settlement Transactions abroad: 1% of the amount of Settlement Transactions until the monthly amount is at least 20 (twenty) Belarusian rubles and does not exceed 7000 (seven thousand) Belarusian rubles, and 0.5% of the amount of Settlement Transactions after the monthly amount is 7000 (seven thousand) Belarusian rubles and 1 (one) kopeck;

for Visa Platinum Card – the rate is:
- For domestic settlement transactions: 1.5% of the amount of settlement transactions until the monthly amount is at least 15 (fifteen) Belarusian rubles and does not exceed 2,000 (two thousand) Belarusian rubles, and 3% of the amount of settlement transactions after the monthly amount is 2,000 (two thousand) Belarusian rubles and 1 (one) kopeck;
- For Settlement Transactions abroad: 1.5% of the amount of Settlement Transactions until the monthly amount is at least 20 (twenty) Belarusian Rubles and does not exceed 10000 (ten thousand) Belarusian Rubles, and 0.5% of the amount of Settlement Transactions after the monthly amount is 10000 (ten thousand) Belarusian Rubles and 1 (one) kopeck;

for Kosmos (Visa Rewards) Card – the rate is:
- For Domestic Settlement Transactions: 1% of the amount of Settlement Transactions until the monthly amount is at least 15 (fifteen) Belarusian roubles and does not exceed 1000 (one thousand) Belarusian roubles, and 1.5% of the amount of Settlement Transactions after the monthly amount is 1000 (one thousand) Belarusian roubles and 1 (one) kopeck;
- For Settlement Transactions Abroad: 1% of the amount of Settlement Transactions until the monthly amount is at least 20 (twenty) Belarusian roubles and does not exceed 5000 (five thousand) Belarusian roubles, and 0.5% of the amount of Settlement Transactions after the monthly amount is 5000 (five thousand) Belarusian roubles and 1 (one) kopeck;
5.3 The Participant may be additionally awarded the following types of Points:
5.3.1. Welcome Point: seven (7) Points which are credited to the Participant on a one-time basis when registering for the Program.
5.3.2 Additional types of Points which may be credited in cases determined by the Organizer or the Bank.
In certain situations, in particular during promotional campaigns, special promotions and offers from the Organizer, the Bank or Program Partners, additional Points may be credited in accordance with the rules for crediting additional Points, which are communicated separately on the Website and apply along with the terms of such promotional campaigns, special promotions and offers.
5.5 Credited Points have a validity period of 24 months from the date of accrual. If Points have not been credited for one Account for 180 days, such Account will have a cancelled Point balance.
5.6 One Participant card may be credited up to 150 Points per calendar month. Once 150 Points have been accumulated, no Points will be credited to a card in that month.
5.7. The minimum transaction amount for which Points are accrued is: 15 Belarusian rubles for settlement transactions within the country and 20 Belarusian rubles for settlement transactions abroad according to the rules provided for in clause 5.15.
5.8. Transactions for which Points are not accrued in accordance with clause 5.11 of these Rules are not involved in the calculation of the monthly amount of transactions to determine the rate of points accrual in accordance with clause 5.2.2. of these Rules.
5.9. The Monthly Amount is calculated based on the date the Points were accrued, not the date on which Settlement Transactions were made. At the same time, when calculating Points for the last Settlement Transaction before reaching the limit amount in accordance with clause 5.2.2, the amount of the last Settlement Transaction is not divided and two different rates are not applied to it. Points for the last Settlement Transaction before reaching the limit amount are accrued for the second rate amount.
5.10. Points are credited at a limited rate of 0.5%, regardless of the monthly amount and card type, for the Participant's Settlement Transactions in the following categories of merchants:

5.12. The Bank, at its own discretion, forms the aforementioned list of exceptions and can make changes to it, which does not entail the cancellation or writing off of Points credited earlier. In case of any errors (incorrectly credited / written off Points, etc.), the Program Coordinator has the right to make the necessary corrections to the Participant's balance.
5.13. When crediting Points, their number is rounded down to the nearest hundredth, and whole numbers are shown on the Participant's balance, and the previous Points are summed up with the next ones, taking into account the hundredth percentages.
5.14. Within 30 days of the date of settlement with the Bank by the Payment System, Points will be credited to the Participant's Program balance.
5.15. When calculating Points for foreign Settlement Transactions, the rounded exchange rate of the payment system in effect at the time of the payment system's settlement with the Bank is applied.
5.16. In the event of a full / partial refund to the account with the registration of the Participant's card of funds in the amount of more than 15 Belarusian rubles of previously purchased goods / works / services, Points are deducted from the total balance of the Program Participant in the following amount: 1% of the refund / partial refund for Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Kosmos (Visa Rewards) cards, 1.5% for a Visa Platinum card, regardless of the amount of previously accrued Points.
5.16.1. For transactions that fall under the restrictions of clause 5.10., Points are deducted from the total balance of the Participant in the amount of 0.5% of the refund / partial refund amount, regardless of the Monthly Amount and type of the card.
5.16.2. The maximum amount that can be deducted from the balance for one transaction is 150 Points.
5.17. The Bank and/or the Organizer reserve the right to stop the crediting of Points, write off Points from the Participant's Account or prohibit their exchange for Rewards in the following cases: The Participant violates the Program Rules; the Organizer and/or the Bank has reasonable suspicion of fraud or other misconduct related to participation in the Program, and the like. In any of the situations specified in this paragraph, the Organizer and/or the Bank shall determine the duration and conditions of the measures necessary to protect and efficiently operate the Program.
6. Points Exchange Procedure
6.1 Each Participant in the Program has a Points Account. The condition for exchanging Points for Rewards is the Participant's consent to receive Rewards, which the Participant provides by checking the appropriate box on the exchange page.
6.1.1 When exchanging Points, the formula 1 Point = 1 BYN is applied.
6.2 When exchanging Points, they are written off in chronological order, starting from those which were credited earlier and ending with the most recent ones.
The Bank and the Program Organizer independently determine the number of Points to be written off the Participant's account when exchanging Points for Rewards. A Participant may exchange only the number of Points he/she has at the time of exchanging for Rewards.
6.4. A Participant may only exchange Points for those Rewards that contained in the list of Rewards published on the Program Website.
6.5 If any refund, write-off, cancellation of Points, cancellation of Settlement Transactions, or other circumstances result in the Participant exchanging more Points for Incentives than the number of Points actually available as a result of adjusting the number of Points, then the Points exchanged from above are deemed advance in nature and will be written off from those Points which will be credited in the future.
6.6 At the time of exchange for Rewards, the corresponding number of Points will be written off from the Participant's Account. Written off Points may not be returned to a Participant's Account in the future, except in the circumstances expressly provided for in these Rules. Only the whole amount of Points, without tenths, may be used to exchange for Rewards.
6.7 The transfer of the Reward chosen by the Participant or the right to receive it is performed by means of electronic communication (e-mail or text message). The specific method of transfer depends on the format of the Program Partner's Reward.
6.8 The Program Partner defines the terms and timing of the transfer of the Reward to the Participant, which can be found on the Reward ordering pages contained on the Program Website.
6.9. Participant has no right to exchange or return the Reward that was received in exchange for Points.
6.10. If the Participant discovers any defects in the quality and/or quantity of the Rewards, or in the event that the Reward does not match the order placed by the Participant undertakes to immediately notify the Organizer of this. A defect is a discrepancy in the denomination, sales network, or validity period of the Reward ordered and received. If the Participant does not notify the Organizer within 4 business hours after receiving the Reward and accepts the Reward, it is considered that the Participant received the Reward of proper quality, and the Points that were used to exchange for this Reward cannot be returned to the Participant and the Participant loses the right to file a claim for this Reward in the future.
6.11. From the moment of receipt of the Reward, the Participant independently ensures its proper storage and protection from loss, theft or unauthorized copying. If a Reward is lost, it cannot be restored, and the Organizer does not accept any claims in this regard.
6.12. Points do not have any monetary value, are not a means of payment, currency or security.
6.13. Points do not have a cash (money) value and cannot be received in a cash equivalent under any circumstances. Points are not electronic money and do not perform the function of electronic money. Points are not commodities and cannot be purchased by Participant or third parties for their own account. Points are not money and are not in any way equivalent to it.
6.14. The Organizer at its own discretion forms the List of Rewards and amends it, if necessary. The Organizer is not obliged to inform the Participants about such changes. The version of the List of Rewards that is available on the Program Website at the time when Points are exchanged for Rewards is considered to be the most current.
6.15. The Participant may use the following types of exchanges to receive Rewards:

Partially Points Discount Promo Codes;

Partially with Points and partially with cash from other services.
7. Program Partners
7.1 In order to implement the Program and exchange Points for Rewards, the Program Organizer independently engages Program Partners on the basis of separate agreements.
7.2 The Organizer shall not be liable for acts or omissions of the Program Partner or third parties, or for any losses or damages resulting from any interaction between the Participant and the Program Partner. Program Partners are solely responsible with respect to the use of Rewards that are properly granted to the Participant in exchange for Points. The Organizer makes no warranties about Program Partners and their offers. Program Organizer is not responsible for the quality of goods, works or services provided by Program Partners as a result of using Rewards. The Organizer does not accept and does not check the completeness, quantity and quality of goods, works and services provided by the Program Partner to the Participant as a result of using the Reward. The Participant independently interacts with the Program Partners on all issues related to the use of Rewards, without involving the Organizer.
7.3 Program Partners independently ensure the quality of goods, works and services they provide. The Participant checks completeness, quantity and quality of goods, works and services which are provided by Program Partner. In case of any discrepancies, the Participant shall immediately inform the Program Partner thereof.
7.4 One of the Partners for Point Exchange for Rewards on the territory of the Republic of Belarus is Reut Experience Limited Liability Company (legal address: 223054, Minsk region, Minsk district, Ostroshitsky Gorodok, Lenina street 1-3, room 3-1-42; Contact information: Tel: +375(29) 6308308, email: li@reut.by).
8. Inquiries, complaints, and requests for information
8.1. If information on the Program is required, the Participant may call 88 200 3210382 from 09:00 to 18:00 (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) or email info@kosmostechno.com.
8.2 The Participant's appeal to the Organizer shall be made in accordance with paragraph 8.1 with a detailed description of the circumstances of the appeal or complaint. In order to ensure prompt processing of the complaint or appeal, the Participant shall identify a contact person and provide the Organizer with a description of the complaint, indicating the contact person and his/her telephone number in the manner provided in the paragraph above.
8.3 In response to the appeal, a representative of the Organizer will contact the Participant of the Program within 3 (three) working days.
8.4 The Organizer considers appeals and complaints within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of notice from the Participant. In exceptional cases, the Organizer reserves the right to set a different term of consideration of complaints and appeals, which is reported to the Participant additionally.
9. Final Provisions
9.1 The Rules of the Program are drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus. In case of any disputes regarding the implementation of the Loyalty Program terms and conditions, the first means of solving them is negotiations of the interested parties. If the negotiations are unsuccessful, disputes can be settled in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in force.
9.2 Jurisdiction. These Rules and other terms of participation in the Program are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. All disputes related to Participation in the Loyalty Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Belarus.
9.3 Confidentiality. The Organizer collects and processes the Participant's personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, as well as in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Loyalty Program, available at: https://kosmostechno.com/en/topic/privacy_policy.
9.4 Bank secrecy. The Participant authorizes Bank to transfer to the Organizer, as well as to all entities involved in the provision of services under the Loyalty Program, in particular the Program Partners, their data subject to the bank secrecy regime, as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, within the limits determined by the need to participate in the Loyalty Program, and also authorizes the Organizer and all entities involved in the provision of services under the Loyalty Program, in particular the Partners, to process these data within the limits of.
9.5 Liability. By agreeing to these Rules and Regulations under the applicable law, the Participant agrees that the Organizer shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Participant during or as a result of his/her participation in the Loyalty Program, except in cases where such damage was caused by the Organizer due to its intentional actions or culpable negligence. By agreeing to these Rules and Regulations under the applicable law, the Participant also agrees that the Organizer does not guarantee the absence of defects or shortages of goods / services, which are Rewards under the Loyalty Program. Guarantees of certain goods/services are the responsibility of their manufacturers, suppliers. The Organizer of the Program is not responsible for actions or inactions of Partners, manufacturers/suppliers of goods/services of third parties.
For the avoidance of doubt, Visa Inc. and any of its affiliates do not participate in the organization of the Program, as well as in the processes associated with the crediting of Points and the exchange of Points for Rewards, and are not responsible for the compliance of the Organizer, Partners, manufacturers / suppliers of goods / services of the Republic of Belarus legislation and these Rules, and are not responsible for claims of Program Participants.
Appendix 1. Rewards: Travel
1. This Appendix is an integral part of the Loyalty Program Rules and regulates the procedure for providing Rewards for Travel Services (AviaTickets, Hotels on Tickets.by and others) - hotel room reservation service, purchase of air ticket, train ticket or other services offered by the Partners according to the Member's order on the resource .
2. Travel Services ordered by the Participant of the Loyalty Program are provided by Partners independent from the Program Organizer. Partners ensure the provision of Travel Services in accordance with their terms and conditions. Program Participant unconditionally agrees to comply with all the terms of these rules when making a reservation on the website.
3.The Organizer shall act as Administrator of the Website on which the Organizer provides the services of the technological platform on which the Participant can make reservations and purchase Travel Services advertised and offered by Partners. The Participant orders Travel Services in accordance with these Rules, as well as the rules of service provision and in accordance with the commercial terms and conditions of individual Partners located on the website .
4. When the Participant goes to , to order Travel Services, the Participant shall register on the mentioned website, for these purposes the Participant gives unconditional and unconditional consent to transfer his/her personal data to the Partner's loyalty program account on the website . Travel Service by the Partner (Public Offer Agreement and Privacy Policy, as well as other terms and conditions posted on the website and accept them before booking or purchasing the Travel Service.
5. Partners who provide Travel Services shall be solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data they provide as part of the offer to purchase or book a Travel Service on . The Organizer of the Program provides to the Travel Services Partners the technological possibility to place such information on the website within the framework of the Loyalty Program, but the Organizer is not obliged to check the accuracy and reliability of the data and information provided by individual Partners and is not responsible to the Participant for the accuracy and completeness of such data.
6. The Program Organizer is not responsible for the quality of work, services that are provided directly by the Partners for the Travel Services, as well as by third parties.
7. The Participant has the right to exchange the Points accumulated in the Loyalty Program for the Travel Services offered on the Website, with the possibility of additional payment in cash.
8. The final price of the Travel Service from the moment of booking to the moment of purchase may change. Changes in the conditions of the Travel Service are independent on the Program Organizer, but are determined and regulated directly by the Partner providing such services and/or their partners/suppliers. Any and all claims of the Participant related to changes in the term and/or conditions of the Travel Service shall be directed to the Partner providing such services in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the website .
9. The Participant shall not consider the recommendations posted on the Website regarding the parameters of Travel services of individual Partners as an indication or inducement to book a particular service.
10. The Participant may use the accumulated points to exchange for Rewards in order to receive the Travel Services in the form of booking a hotel room, purchasing a plane ticket, train ticket or other services offered by the Partner. If the amount of Points accumulated by the Participant is insufficient to exchange for the above types of Rewards, the Participant may pay the difference in the cost of the Travel Service in his/her own money.
11. The Participants must accumulate at least 10 Points in order to activate the ability to partially pay for the Travel Service using their own funds.
12. In case of the return (change, cancellation) of Travel Services (hotel reservations, plane tickets, railway tickets and other services) purchased in full as a result of the exchange of Points for Rewards or the use of surcharges in the form of own funds, the used Points shall not be subject to return and exchange.
13. Partial payment in own funds may only be made by the Participant using the Card registered for participation in the Program.
14. Payment in cash is made by the Participant of the Loyalty Program under his/her responsibility in accordance with the terms of use of the Card. The Program Organizer is not responsible for the way the Participant of the Program uses the Card. By paying for selected services with the Card, the Participant of the Program confirms that he/she has the right to use this Card.
15. If a Partner who provides Travel services cancels his/her services and initiates a refund to the Participant, such refund shall be made in exact accordance with the earlier payment. The amount of money previously written off the Participant's card when paying in own funds shall be returned to the Participant's Card, and the amount of exchanged Points shall be credited to the Participant's account.
16. The Program Organizer is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made by the Partner who provides the Travel Services at the request of the Participant.
